When we signed the kids up to be members at Rush Trampoline park. We also decided to sign our selves up as well.
It’s a fab way to get some exercise and fun as well.
Wednesday we went for the first time and it was fab.

Now as a Mom of 4 I wasn’t entirely sure how well my pelvic floor would hold. I was really nervous about this as I really didn’t want to wet myself.
After having the kids I did my pelvic floor exercises and I thought I had done a good job.

Im pleased to say that I was dry through out. To say I was pleased is an understatement. As now I know I can go with no fear.
Adam had other worries, he sometimes gets a twinge in his back and he was dreading hurting himself. If he hurts himself he can’t work, and as the bread winner he needs to.

Happy to say he was absolutely fine and we all had a blast.
We spent the rest of the day chilling and completing challenges on fortnite. We also had a lovely visit from nanny and grandad where they tried to understand fortnite language with no success lol
Half term is going way to fast I don’t want it to end.
Thank you for reading see you next time xx
I have only had 1 and quite understand your concern. We have something similar here in North Carolina and I have been thinking about joining. I do believe you have inspired me! Happy Jumping!
